An increase in junk food consumption decreased the heath rate. No matter how much they say it is healthy, it is not as healthy as the food you make at home.

Bad food not only ruins our body, but it also ruins our appearance. There can be various issues with eating too much junk food. More and more people are suffering from large pores, blackheads, and clogged pores.

Refined carbs work as a food for bad bacteria in your body. Acne which is a bacterial condition is linked to having bad bacteria flourishing in your system. Refined carbs also increase the oil production on your skin and clog your pores.

Most of the fast-food we eat is deep-fried. The oils used are vegetable oil, safflower oil, canola oil, etc. You may think that these oils are healthy, but they are not. These oils are rich in omega-6 which triggers skin conditions.

If you are highly dependent on outside food, then make the shift slowly. Start taking fruits in breakfast and evening snacks. If you have midnight cravings eat some salad instead of chips or carbohydrates sugar. If you are craving something sweet, then have natural sugar like honey.
